Functional Medicine Practitioner
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Functional Medicine Practitioner who is experienced in both conventional and functional medicine practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regenerative medical procedures or a willingness to learn these procedures, in addition to a dedication to patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive functional medicine consultations and treatments to patients.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including reviewing medical history, performing physical
examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests. - Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Implement a combination of conventional and functional medicine approaches to optimize patient health.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in functional medicine and regenerative medical procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrative care to patients.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree or Advanced Nursing Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Certification in Functional Medicine is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience in both conventional and functional medicine practices.
- Experience in regenerative medical procedures is preferred, but candidates with a willingness to learn these procedures will also be considered.

Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized self-starter with advanced time-management skills and adaptability to join our team. This is a highly visible position, as you will be the face of our organization and the first team member to greet patients and guests, setting the tone for their visit. Our Receptionists must be customer service oriented and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assure the readiness of the reception area each working day; open the building at the designated time and have all front desk activities fully operational at the start of business hours.
- Prepare all charts and schedules in advance.
- Greet all patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Complete all medical office duties related to scheduling appointments, verifying information, updating charts, and collecting patient fees.
- Answer incoming phone calls and voicemails promptly.
- Oversee daily schedule; time tracking, alert providers and patients of service delays, remind staff about telemedicine appointments.
- Check patients in and out.
- Perform light medical triage while answering telephones.
- Maintain clinical inventory and ordering of supplements and supplies.
- Educate prospective patients about the practice.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience.

Certified Medical Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible self-starter with advanced time-management skills and adaptability to join our team. The Medical Assistant’s (MA) primary responsibility is to coordinate care for new and
existing P3 patients at the direction of the Practice Manager, Medical Director, and P3 Clinicians; and in
cooperation with the other P3 Medical Assistant(s) and P3 Front Desk staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy and prepare lab requisitions and blood samples for shipping to appropriate laboratory. Collect and process urine and other samples. High level of phlebotomy skill is necessary.
- Room patients and confirm purpose of visit, verify and update medical history and preferred pharmacy. Deliver service to the patient in a kind, sensitive, and confidential manner.
- Perform EKG, collect vital signs (heart rate, O2 sat., respiration, blood pressure, height and weight, and temperature), assist patients with body composition scale, apply wearable diagnostic devices, administer injections, assist clinicians with IV therapy procedures, and any other provider-directed testing or procedure.
- Prepare exam room, patient, and assist providers with testing and procedures; including but not limited to removal of lesions, pellet insertion, pap smears, and injectable cosmetic products. Alert provider when patient, room and applicable equipment are ready and anticipate provider’s needs.
- Process medication refill requests per providers direction.
- Administer non-controlled substance injections and/or immunizations per provider’s direction and document according to state guidelines including lot number and manufacturer.
- Explain provider’s instructions, treatment and procedures to patients as needed and directed by the provider.
- Assist in scheduling return patient appointments; prepare and send instructions and paperwork for appointments to patients as needed for blood work, follow up appointments, confirm appointments and follow-up on any needed information prior to the appointment including prior authorization of services and/or medications. Assist with preparing supplements, injectables, stool kits, etc. at appointment check out when time allows.
- Send follow-up texts or emails to clients after appointments.
- Maintain an orderly and organized workstation. Assist with daily clean-up of exam rooms and MA station/lab.
- Maintain exam and procedure rooms with adequate supplies, monitor supply expiration dates, prepare supply orders on a routine basis ensuring sufficient inventory on hand. Order hormone pellets, stem cells, etc. as indicated by provider.
- Use available technologies, as applicable and appropriate, to research disease and medication questions prior to bringing questions to providers.
- Assist with scheduling outside specialist appointments and referrals including documentation and follow-up to ensure patient compliance.
- Greet patients by name upon arrival at the office and check them in. Collect and verify demographics and update all necessary office systems if needed.
- Answer phones (as back-up to medical receptionist) and triage calls based on what needs to be done for the patient or outside vendor.
- Support Medical Receptionist in collection of patient medical records. Scan and attach lab reports and other records to patient medical record as required.
- Work with Front Desk to keep providers on time and on schedule. Assist Front Desk with keeping providers schedules up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Medical Assistant License – active and in good standing in Washington State.
- Basic Life Support Certified.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
