We make sure these laboratories use state-of-the-art tools to test submissions, at a price point that’s appropriate. Should a superior option become available, we may add or remove providers.

Quick & Simple
The blood draw is quick and expertly done, taking less than 15 minutes. We send off the sample for lab work. After 1 to 2 weeks, data comes for analysis so that we can provide personalized treatment choices.

It delivers a comprehensive snapshot of your current health status, with lab panel, body composition analysis, and EKG. Your P3 clinician will analyze the data and go over all the details with you.
P3 Annual Tx Plan – $3000
This delivers all the P3 Intro Plan benefits, along with an acute care visit, plan member discounts on P3 services and products, up to 3 comprehensive lab panels per year, follow-up lab reviews, health and nutrition coaching, and more.
HOW IT WORKS
When you come in for lab testing in Puyallup, we will take 15 minutes or less to draw your blood sample. We’ll send that sample to one of our premier testing facilities who will return results in 1 to 2 weeks. We’ll then analyze the data and set up an appointment so we can go over the results together.
When we’re done with the initial review, you’ll have a full understanding of your current health status and the opportunities available to you to improve your health and enhance your life.

The Process

Step 1: Consultation
Our custom lab panel is included as part of our “1 & Done” consultation if you wish. However, we highly recommend enrolling in a P3 Annual Treatment Plan, as they add amazing value to your lab testing in Puyallup. Plus, enrolling secures access to P3 treatment options such as hormone replacement therapy, health and nutrition counseling, and cancer screening. The lab testing establishes your starting point for health improvement.

Step 2: Treatment
When you enroll in a P3 plan, we’ll take 15 minutes or less to draw your blood and then send it off to the appropriate premiere lab testing facility. They will do a complete lab workup, and may also perform related testing depending on some of the goals we discuss at your consultation. When all the lab work is complete, the data will be returned to Peak Performance & Prevention.

Step 3: Results
Once your P3 team has analyzed the data, we’ll have you come in for an appointment to fully discuss the results. This comprehensive conversation will go over, in detail, where you currently are health-wise, your trouble spots, what’s working in your favor—and which treatments or therapies can improve your health and/or your performance, so you can live your best life.

Our lab testing in Puyallup establishes a real, verifiable starting point for moving your health and your performance to optimal levels. It helps us identify target areas for improvement and healthy habits you’re doing now that you should continue doing.
We do not accept any form of insurance at P3. However, you may submit your receipts to insurance, as your policy may cover out-of-network services according to their rules—possibly including your lab testing. P3 keeps a copy of your insurance on file in order to facilitate claims billing at outside labs and companies with whom we refer and partner. Your insurance will be billed in accordance with their own policies.
