Emilie Yabe

Practice Manager

Emilie was born and raised in the Puyallup Valley. Her parents, a career law enforcement officer and a small business owner, instilled in her the joy of meaningful work. As a result, she has had a variety of job experiences since age 14 – from event hosting to fitness training.

While completing her BA at the University of Washington, Emilie began to suffer from a debilitating health condition. While searching for answers and visiting multiple specialists, she discovered how food can be both poison and potent medicine. More importantly, she became empowered to learn how to heal herself.

Her belief in the innate strength of people to cultivate change in their own lives led her to health coaching and P3. In 2019, she graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and earned a National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching certification.

Since then, she has transitioned into management, which allows her to participate in all aspects of clinic operations. She will complete her MBA in Healthcare Administration in Spring 2026. When not doing homework, Emilie loves gardening and exploring new hiking trails with her husband, Tom, and their two poorly trained Westies.
