Functional Medicine Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Functional Medicine Practitioner who is experienced in both conventional and functional medicine practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regenerative medical procedures or a willingness to learn these procedures, in addition to a dedication to patient education.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive functional medicine consultations and treatments to patients.
Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including reviewing medical history, performing physical
examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
Implement a combination of conventional and functional medicine approaches to optimize patient health.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in functional medicine and regenerative medical procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrative care to patients.
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, stress management, and other factors that may impact their health.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.

Qualifications:

Medical degree or Advanced Nursing Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Certification in Functional Medicine is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and experience in both conventional and functional medicine practices.
Experience in regenerative medical procedures is preferred, but candidates with a willingness to learn these procedures will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
